VARIOUS FINDS

GHETTO ARMBAND
Piece of a ghetto armband. The Jewish Star is clearly visible. The armband is made of plastic. This material was used in some ghettos, for example Warsaw and Krakow. Click on the photo for enlargement. |

HAIR SLIDE
Remnant of a hair slide. The green dots come from transformed copper which might be included. If the hair slide would consist of pure brass, it would be completely green. Therefore it might consist of gold, perhaps brass with gold cover. Click on the photo for enlargement. |

Two large spoons. Different material. The lower one might consist of silver, or silver plated. The upper one surely consists of iron because of the rust. Click on the photo for enlargement. |
